This is a guided workshop in which much of the work is done individually through a series of four sets of worksheets. They provide questions meant to help you examine how your identity came to be formed and how appropriate it is to your life satisfaction.
What you discover about yourself can be used to help you understand difficult relationship patterns, uncover contributors to anxiety and depression, and recall what gives your life energy and meaning. It can help you re-focus your energy into who you really are, giving more movement toward meaningful life goals. And in this time of widespread social change embraced by an ever increasing number of people, this can be an especially good time to do the work of determining the best path for our own lives.
We begin by doing an intake during which time we can both determine if this guided workshop is appropriate for you. If it would be a good fit for you, I will support you in determining the goals you want to accomplish. You will then receive from me one set of worksheets at a time which you complete on your own. There are four sets of worksheets. After you complete each set, we will have a video session to review and digest the material. I will support you in this process and provide different perspectives for you to consider. A spreadsheet of the areas covered will be provided for you to fill in as you progress. This will be helpful when you complete the program in providing a summary of what you discover about yourself on one easy to read page. There is no pre-determined limit to the number of sessions you can have in order to complete your identity definition and development goals.
